📧Sharing Documents:  When sharing documents or images with parents, best practice is to share PDFs.  A PDF is readable across all device types (phones, computers, tablets, etc.) and can be accessible.  You can make anything a PDF by scanning it on the printer and sending it to your email or Google Drive.  Most programs also have a “Download as > PDF” feature.  Sharing a link to a Google Doc, Slides, Sheets, etc. is fine, but please avoid sharing Microsoft Word Files or Publisher files.

🍂Fall Conferences:  Use “Appointment Signups” in ParentSquare!  This is not something we do regularly, so for a quick reminder on creating them, see this blog post from PS.

🤔Remember:  To start an appointment sign up, use the “New Post” button ⬇

A quarter century of change

By Google

In a message marking Google's 25th birthday, CEO Sundar Pichai reflects on the company's evolution. He highlights the rapid technological changes witnessed over the past two and a half decades, from the days of slow email communication to the instant connectivity of today. Pichai emphasizes Google's mission to organize information and make it accessible to all, citing the transformative impact of Google Search. He also discusses Google's journey into AI, its contributions to technological advancements, and the responsibility of deploying AI responsibly for the benefit of society.  As I read this article, it amazed me to think how far we have come in 25 years.
